EAGA: Making homes more energy efficient

Event Description: EAGA are the UK’s largest residential energy efficiency provider.  Providing innovative and sustainable services, products and solutions that address the environmental, social and energy efficiency objectives of government and the private sector both nationally and internationally.

The aim of the home owners forum “Making homes more energy efficient” is to be an informative session for people, with advice ranging from simple energy efficient hints and tips, to what help is available and what modern technologies are currently on the market.

On the day there will be a mix of open discussions, with some presentations on renewable technologies (specifically solar thermal systems), with a demonstration of a working portable unit and a site visit by one householder who has had the system fitted to their home.

EAGA will be offering free advice, refreshments and energy efficient compact florescent light bulbs (limited to first come, first served basis).
