Parkour displays

Event Description: Parkour has been described as a 'physical conversation with the urban landscape'.  Watch the inspiring urban art of parkour - or 'free running' - transforming buildings and urban spaces into performance areas with runners turning obstacles into launch pads.  Free running is athletic, disciplined and beautiful, incorporating acrobatics, tricks and street stunts.  The festival launches with professional runners Urban Freeflow in the city centre.
